I would like nothing better than to attend the Homecoming Anniversary, but I live in San Antonio, TX and cannot make it at this time.
Munger Ave. Baptist Church 117th Homecoming Anniversary is Sunday,November 27.2011, at 11:00 am. It is my wish your schedule is flexable for you to attend church service this sunday.
Claudette, Your brother's names don't ring a bell. Did your family attend Munger Avenue Baptist? Also, where did you live during that time? It's unfortunate that the picture is so small (I live in San Diego, CA).
Leon, you probably knew my brother, one or both of them. Tommy(Duke) and Felix (Pat) Farrow. The picture I have is small I don't know if you can see the faces good if I try to down load it. Do you know Juanita Young? I gave her a copy, plus she is right there in Dallas (I live in San Antonio). Let me know.
Claudette, I graduated in 1949 from Munger Avenue Baptist Church, and began 1st grade that same year. My brother, Michael, was in the class the year of 1951. So, we would have known a number of kids in your class; perhaps John Thomas and Don Williams were in that class. I would like to see the picture of that class. Please direct me on how I can see it. Thanks!
