Oh Lordly, it is confession time in the Area: My Madear always told me that I would understand singers and songs like this "Bye and Bye." Well, I'm at the "Bye and Bye junction" and I'm ALRIGHT! As I grow in the word and in the knowing of God's power...I now understand those old school Spiritual "confession lecture" songs...at least that is what I call them....confession lessons. When you know the Lord...you have to cry! So I thank you G for always bringing the campus such powerful singers who have a "message." Now we have to continue to spread and speak of the beauty and the power of God. So I thank God for giving me/us his only son: JESUS! Thank you JESUS!
G.. You absolutely made a hit with this one.... I can easily go back to my childhood, and remember my own mother singing these type songs... I didn't really understanding, but I would always have tears in my eyes while she was singing.... Thanks for sharing this beautiful song with us.!!!
