Roy I'd guess the tall guy on the left must be you, but who is the young man on our right whose face looks familiar...and the young lady between you two?
The background building with the ground-level windows remind me of B.F. Darrell Elementary, maybe the "new building" as we called it...the one facing Central Expressway, our alma mater before BTW -- did I get it right??
