Have a wonderful day celebrating you.... Happy Birthday.. Harold!!
Hello Harold,
It's been along time man. I'm really glad to here from you.I talked to Lawrence a couple weeks a ago.It was good to talk about old times.
I'm going to put up some pictures of our senior class trip to Colorado,Springs and our tenth class reunion on my profile so you can see what you looked like forty plus years ago.We all need to keep in touch.
Thanks,
David L.Herron
Harold Don! *A BIG OLD BULLDOG WELCOME* my friend from Roseland Homes. Those were good old days indeed!! Sorry I've been slow to reply, brother ... I'm usually faster... had too many irons in the fire lately (some would say I always do, and I'm trying to do better) including a few days fighting off the flu. (Won that fight, thank God!)
I never knew you were known as 'Tweety Bird' back then, and I recall with a smile the times you and any friends of Delbert or me would come over and hang out. Having friends over always made things special, like we were having a surprise party without music and cake.
Thanks too for that good memory of my mother and her cooking. I recall a cool car you had back then too, a '55 Chevy I think. We finally got a '54 Chevy family ride after that year I believe, and I was almost late to school several times stopping on the way to pick up as many as we could stuff in that car as possible...keeping a promise to do that, that I made to myself many mornings (some cold) walking that 25-minute trip with an armload of books as some nearly empty bulldogs' cars passed by.
I'm REALLY glad you found us online, and hope you enjoy the "campus" as much as many of us do! We hope to have more get-togethers this year for much face-to-face enjoyment. Holla at me any time ... I'll email you my phone number. Big Blessings to you and your family always!!
Welcome Harold Don.....so good to see you around BTWDallas campus.
Lawrence told me he saw you last week....I was glad to see you and he re-connect.
If it is ok with you, in the future I'll send some Bulldog relative stuff to you here or to your e-mail address
Hail the Bulldogs Evermore
