Rose Mary, I don't have the recipe for T-Cat's Tomato Pie; however I will ask her to

get it to you. It was quite tasty and I hope you will enjoy it as much as we did. My sister

is always trying new dishes and sharing with me. She has never missed the mark...we are very

fortunate :))).

Well, this has got to be the healthiest pie ever...Certainly wish I could have one, at a reasonable price of course, seriously.
