Awwe, MeMaw...I like that! If they are anything like you, man, I know that their parents have to stay on top of things. Last Word! Yeah, that should be your name....Last Word!
Now you know Shardae is good company for you! She keeps you on your feet...and we all need that sometimes. So I know that your weekends are very special when you spend time with her. So you're being smart...by allowing/letting her win some of the arguments...you are a smart Granny...haha. And yes, my grandchildren are "all" very special to me...[unique in their own special way]...and they know that MeMaw keeps it "funny" and real.
No, Deborah, Shardae does not live with me. She only thinks that she does. I often have her with me on weekends. She really is a good girl. I encourage her to express herself, which accounts for the excessive talking. (ha, ha) I even allow her to win arguments, although, that's not too often. She's pretty clever, and uses words quite wisely. But, that probably does not come as a surprise to you, because you have grandbabies too! Anyway, she's a joy to have.
No! Leave her alone. She's got gifts and she probably doesn't know yet which one is her strongest. So let her dance, sing and talk...all three are money makers....hahaha...
I leave you with this: Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way...oh what fun it is to ride in a once horse opensledge...HEY! (Oops..I got carried away...I could hear Shardae singing, so joined in...lol
Stop! I think about every night and day, spread my wings and fly away! I love that song! But, this little girl was singing Jingle Bells and I was really sick of hearing it. Deb, she is a dancer and singer and talker. If only I can get her to stop once she gets started. Ha, ha. Love her dearly.
Sing Shardae!"I believe I can fly...[ put a ring on it]...I believe that I can touch the sky...[put a ring on it]...I thinkabout it every night and day...just ask my Grand Mother and she will say it"...oops..Shardae,...I'm sorry...you are showing us your ring on your right ring finger again...hahaha...I bet your sweet Grand Mother bought it for you. Good girl, I know you keep your Grand Mother always smiling. I'm smiling too! Oh, and don't forget to feed the fish...(gurgle...gurgle!)...they want food Shardae...but finish your song first!
