Thanks Genie, I've done just that, I hugged real tight. The love and memories of her flowed through me over and over for those seconds that refreshed the woman she taught me to be.
She always said, "we're richer than most millionaires. We (my 8 brothers,myself and her) have
each other"! So I'll always wish I had her back, but her lessons of life will never be forgotten!
The story of my Mother and I is a whole dynamic within itself. But I thank God for compassion, I thank Him for mercy, and I thank Him that mercies and grace are new every morning.
My Grandmother was the Mother that shaped who I am. This was her favorite season also. Honor your Mom by LIVING each day, especially this season, and not dwelling on what you had but what she put into you.
