    No I'am the one that make gumbo at our house. This is pretty close you do need roux, oysters ,crab,sausage,chicken and shrimp. I have got him beat on this one.

    WOW, Jean...is this call Gumbo in a crust?    I want some.   Sounds so good.    Its the shape of a catfish, right?

    If the fish you catch isn't the size you want then you make your own. This one is stuffed with salmon,crawfish,shrimp and all the fixing. Johnny also made the dough I made the eyes and nose.
