  • When we're blessed Galen, it is for us to share the blessing.  And who  better to share my blessing with? My BTW family.  Thanks for caring and sharing!  Much love for you my brother!

  • DYNAMITE exposition you've shared, Evelyn!!! And clearly spurs lots of responsive meditations, as our sisters' replies very well show!

  • Well now, Ms. Deb, What do I say now!  You've done it again!  When we "settle" for less than what we are entitled to, we reduce our self worth.  No longer!  Not now that we know.  It is said, "When you know better, you do better".  I say, when you know better, you "should" do better. Anyway, I can not improve on what has been forestated.  Well said my sista'.  @ you Teresa......I concur with the same, AMEN!

  • AMEN AND AMEN AGAIN!!!!

  • Talk Girl...talk! We all fall short...but it is the getting back to focusing on the "real" deal and not the "quick" deal.

    Breathing is a technique within itself. When one learns to breathe, then you are in control of your bodily organs and how this technique helps them to function to their capacity. That is the same when one makes a "hasty" decision without talking it over with the Almighty. It is all about talking and listening to the Almighty, with whom you have a "personal relationship" with.  He can help, he can guide you, he can make you see the "whole picture" much clearer and he can "Order Your Steps."  So I say:

    Order my steps in Your word dear Lord,
    lead me, guide me everyday,
    send Your anointing, Father I pray;
    order my steps in Your word,
    please, order my steps in Your word.

    Briddle my tongue let my words edify,
    let the words of my mouth be exceptable in Thy sight,
    take charge of my thoughts both day and night;
    please order my steps in Your word,
    please order my steps in Your word.

    Now since we have the "Steps"...apply them and don't take any "short cuts" either.  For the short cuts will not  payoff in the "long run."  And the "long run" is what we "should" look at in life.  I want the "long run"...I want the everlasting...I want/yearn the journey, because that gives me a "story of my trials and tribulations." [And "YOUR" Life is a story.]..so "paint it"...and "color it" and "compose a beautiful picture on your canvas of LIFE.  For it is a story of YOU and YOUR relationship with the Almighty...as you allow him to "Order Your Steps."
