TAX INFO: IMPORTANT TAX SCAM INFORMATION!

THE IRS WILL NEVER TELEPHONE OR E-MAIL YOU ABOUT YOUR TAXES OR TAX REFUND.

(Repeat this three times)

There is a scam whereby a taxpayer is informed, via e-mail, that his/her/their tax refund has been 'reduced' due to preparation error. This is a scam. DO NOTHING with the email. Contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 or your local listing, they will tell you where to forward the e-mail.
