REMEMBERING,REFLECTING & REUNITED

 GREETINGS FELLOW CLASSMATES;
 IT WAS A SUCCESS, AND THE CLASS OF 1961 WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS TIME TO SAY THANK YOU FOR ALL THE SUPPORT THAT THE BULLDOGS GAVE US ON OUR GOLDEN REUNION.

OH WHAT A WEEKEND TO BE REMEMBERED. 

THANK YOU, THANK YOU AND AGAIN THANK YOU FOR SHARING IN OUR BEAUTIFUL  CELEBRATION.

    What a wonderful Banquet presentation, class of 61 made.  Was that Sheryl 'Pepsi' Riley singing with the band?  It was as Fred has stated... ABSOLUTELY AWESOME.   The members of the different committees under the direction of Cassie Richey put on a first class program.  KUDOS  and HATS OFF  to all who had a hand in the planning and the carrying out of the fantastic event.  It was simply amazing.

    Sometime after Church I will have several reports for you on the Class Of 1961 50TH Golden Class Reunion . Don't be surprise if you hear I told you so over and over again . The bar has been raised several notches . I will have a few pictures to share with you also . I didn't take very many pictures but I will share a few with you . I took  less than one Thousand pictures , the reason I only took so few , the power in my battery didn't hold up and I left my charger at home . I have learn my lesson on that . From now on I will have my Camera in my right pocket and my Battery Charger in my Left pocket.The Piano Man did have the Mic in hand last night , but my opening act were so well,I stepped aside and gave the band a break and they didn't disappoint. They were awesome ! I Got to go to Church ,talk to you later .

    Galen, I'm voting on The Way You Look Tonight...since it all about the Big Reunion Tonight.  We'll see later which one...but I've got my vote already.

    Piano Man, I forgot to vote on the Red Carpet song, but for fun I'll throw in as I leave for the Embassy ... "Stairway To The Stars", "Stella By Starlight", "Those Oldies But Goodies Remind Me of You", "Daddy's Home", "Dedicated To The One I Love", "The Way You Look Tonight" and ... "Gee Whiz". If I can only Guess One --- Gee Whiz.

    OK, FRED YOU GOT ME THIS TIME...BUT LET IT GO IF U DARE TO...THE BUS WILL LEAVE THE EMBASSY SUITE AT 10 AM, I GOT WORD FROM THE HOTEL THAT BULLDOGS STARTED CHECKING IN TODAY.. WE ARE ALL FIRED UP AND WILL FIND IT HARD TO SLEEP TONIGHT. JUST THINK, SOME OF US HAVE NOT SEEN EACH OTHER SINCE 1961.. NOW PIANO MAN, ITS 12 HOURS AWAY AND THE CONDUCT0R WILL SAY, ALL ABOARD / FIRST STOP WILL BE "BOOKER T WASHINGTON  ON FLORA STREET", WE WILL HAVE THE 61 CAPT. OF THE CHEERLEADERS, EDNA REYNOLDS AND IT WILL BE A HEY GANG, CAUSE I WILL BE THERE TOO, HAVING BEEN A CHEERLEADERS... WE WILL HAVE ALSO THE CAPT OF THE FOOTBALL TEAM, ROBERT HAWKEYE SIMPSON..A SHOUT WILL GO OUT AND THE BUS WILL BE ROCKING. DO YOU REMEMBER THE CHEERLEADER SINGING DOWN BY THE RIVER, I HEARD SOME NOISE IT WAS THE DEAR OLE BULLDOGS AND THE THE TIGER BOYS..OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT...HEY GANG!
