If you did not receive your BTW Alumni Association Reunion pack by mail you can download the forms here (save it to your computer), print it, and mail it in with your payment. Completing and sending the reunion and T-shirt forms on this page and following up with the balance when due will insure you a problem-free admission and enjoyment of what could be the best school reunion yet !!! Please notice the deadline dates that the Alumni Association needs to receive forms and money by.
BTW t-shirts are popular and orders with full payment have already come in, so hurry and order yours. VERY important! -- Remember to include $3 (three dollars) shipping cost for each T-Shirt when sending t-shirt orders. Mailing Address and Telephone information is included on the forms.The forms were scanned for best appearance when printed -- most text is readable here but will be much clearer when downloaded and printed.

- click "Save" from the choices it gives you.
- Save this page on your computer's "Desktop" to make it easy to find when you need it. (In the "Save" window that pops next be sure you choose to save the "complete" page, so you will get the forms pictures and not just these words and nothing else.)
- Be patient ... it may take a minute ... but doing it this way makes sure those who are not "computer friendly" won't miss anything by having to take extra steps.
