Well Hello again Mr. Lamar. It was good to see you at Holly's mothers funeral at Freedom Missionary Baptist church. You still have that very "distinguished" heavy voice that no one can ever forget. Plus with you graying...on the face...and head...it becomes you. So Happy Belated birthday... and may you continue to have more gratifying birthdays!

About Me:

I gratuated BTW in 1961 and volunteered for the Air Force the following year and was discharged in 1967. Following my discharge, I enrolled at El Centro, and later at NTSU graduating in 1975 with a BBA. I was recruited by IBM upon graduation from NTSU and was there for several years. Some of my other employers were Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner and Smith, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Pulte Homes. While I was a stock broker with MErrill Lynch I was called into Ministry and enrolled in Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where I graduated with a Masters of Divinity. I spent fifteen years in full-time Christian service Pastoring Churches in Tupelo Mississippi, and Panama City Florida. I am currently married to the beautiful Linda Dickerson Lamar and we have one son. I have two other children from a previous marriage.
