  Happy Birthday Charlotte... My memory these days is a bit foggy, but I do remember that we graduated together.  I especially remember taking a typing class with you from your Auntie, Mrs. Young?  Could be wrong on that, but it sounds about right.  Anyway, enjoy your Birthday...

  Happy Birthday to my "former" last name sake -----YOUNG! When I saw your name Charlotte BURTON, I didn't know it was you...as I knew of you as Miss. Charlotte YOUNG in high school.

  But, I stopped by to wish you a wonderful Happy Birthday on tomorrow and I want you to know that I did excel and I did become an asset to the world and to my community because of your teachings. I can have a fluid conversation "verbally" and in "written form"...thanks to you.  So I say, well done to my former English Teacher and may tomorrow be a very special day for you.
