Who are these students? What year is this?

OK.... thought that was Mildred Stewart in the front row, but her sister Carrye said not so. So we need your help. Who ARE some of these students... and what year is this?.........
That looks like a young Donald Sidle in the 3rd row, Leatrice Brown to HIS left (blushing?) and Carolyn Kemp to her left .... also possibly Barbara Taylor on the front row far left?

I found this photo, others like it and much older ones are in a special John L. Patton picture collection online from the University of North Texas in Denton. at this location. Some pictures are "unidentified" so maybe you can help identify them for the UNT collection managers. I have ID'd one 'unidentified' image as Foster Kilgore, father of Kenneth Kilgore (Class of 1966) and UNT sent me a very thankful email.

    Ok ... Midred's sister Carrye has confirmed that is not Mildred in the picture as I thought.

    If any of you recognize faces in the crowd we would gladly like to know who is who! Thanks!!

    That does look like Charles Lee - out of NDCC uniform. Janyce Lewis (Kennedy, Class '66 Reunion Chairperson) would know if that's her sister Jennifer in there. Since so many faces look so young could this be an 8th-grade or 9th-grade year? I wonder.

      I'm sure that the guy standing next to Charles Lee is Curtis Bradshaw. Since I can't find his buddy Johnnie Brown in the picture, I cannot be positive.
      I think that the photo is from some after school program.
      I would place the time between September '61 and June '62.
      Too bad students today don't dress as nice!!
