Although I've listened to this pastor delivery the word, many times, and like his presentation; my personal opinion on this remains uncertain. To take something as familiar as the term "FU," with its known meaning and try to change it into more meaningful terminology, is a bit much, in my view.
The congregation is laughing because of the implied meaning of the original intent of the term. It is quite a stretch to switch that original intent into Forgiveness. Not only that, but it borders on the fringe of "tickling the ears" of God's people, a thing that remains far from me to do, in view of all else the Bible entails...Peace In my friend....and do read the discussion over at Destee.com and let me know what you think:-).
