Wow! Kenneth, What memories this photo of the Magnolia building brings back. Hard to believe it is still there hidden by all the modern sky scrapers. I lived a block off of San Jacinto St. on Vann Court. I used to walk, passing right by Crozier Tech Vocational High School,in the shadow of this bldg. many times per week headed to my busboy/cook assistant job at the steakhouse owned by a family of Greek people called the Ullies, which featured delicious greek pastries at the front entrance, right across the street from the Majestic theater where we could only sit upstairs in the balcony; remember?
