Toni, welcome to the campus. I have been looking all down the hallways for you, but didn't see you until today...hahaha. Welcome Home Toni and please keep in touch. Post some pics of the adult kids and the grandchildren and even your wonderful husband of 47 years. (It's 43 years for me and my husband. ) In fact, since you are talking about family and food, you can even post some of your recipes and share them with us. I don't cook...but I do like to try new things...lol...and that includes cooking and baking. So send them in to us...and tell us what's cooking...lol.

About Me:

After I graduated from BTW in 1964, I attended college at TSU where I graduated with a BA in Political Science and History. While attending TSU, I belonged to several clubs, received several academic and social awards, and pledged and became a soror of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority in 1966. I met and married my husband in Apri 1967, while attending TSU. We have been married 47 years and have two adult children, David Maurice Abner and Tiffany Antonia Abner. My son and his wife have blessded us with three grandchildren (whom I adore dearly) - Trey Michael Abner, Chimene Annelise Abner, and Sophia Aaralyn Abner (Chimene & Sophia are identical twins). Trey is 14 years old and the twins are one year old. I enjoy cooking and baking, and often create my own recipes. I also like reading a good novel when time permits, and listening to music. I am currently employed by an IT company in Fairfax County, VA as a technical writer and softwae trainer for the US Navy. I have worked for this company for 15 years and enjoy my work.
