Please, please, please pay the taxes now!!
Do not wait until next year and get hit by the tax bill. While the state of Texas does not have an 'income tax' they have other 'fees' that act as a tax. The Feds will want up to 40% of the total. If you have EVER received any monies/grants from the State. those will have to be repaid.
Some of these actions will take place BEFORE you see the first dollar.
