    GI Bill Benefit Alert:
Both the Montgomery and Post 9/11 GI Bills are worth over $49,000. This money is not a loan and will help you cover the costs of getting a degree. Full-time students receive up to $1,368 a month no matter how much tuition costs. The Post 9/11 GI Bill may even give you a monthly housing stipend of $1,200. Now is the time to use your benefits. Take the first step and find Military Friendly Schools.

  • Fred/Charles, after retiring from the Air Force, I went to work for the VA where I completed another 20-years of Govt service. As Charles stated, Fred, there are programs already in place that are fully funded for the areas you mentioned, however, there is a new program that I feel deserves much attention and support; The Wounded Warrior Project and I encourage all to visit this site and give your support and pass the word about it. Once you read its mission, you will see exactly what I'm talking about. These guys need our help...but for the grace of GOD, there goes I. www.woundedwarriorproject.org
  • Freedom is not free! A BIG THANKS to our men and women in uniform
who continue to exceed all expectations in protecting our country.
Fred, I think congress recently gave Veteran Affairs $$$ to help
address these issues and the VA $$$ to deal with PTSD.
Someone step in and help me if I am mis-stating
